100% refund (USD) to your payment card if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows (passenger does not appear) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

✈ By Landing Time (auto-tracked): When you book with auto-tracked landing time and provide your flight number, we monitor your flight in real-time. If the airline delays your flight, your pickup time is automatically adjusted at NO extra charge. The driver will wait for you at no additional cost.
🕐 Fixed Time bookings: When you book with a Fixed Time and the flight is delayed beyond the free waiting period, a Waiting Time fee of $3.00 USD per additional 30-minute block will be charged. Please choose "By Landing Time" if you want full delay protection.

International terminal: Driver waits 60 minutes free (from actual landing time).
Domestic terminal: Driver waits 30 minutes free (from actual landing time).
After free waiting time: $3.00 USD per additional 30-minute block (Fixed Time bookings only).

Standard check-in bag: Max 68×53×35 cm (27×21×14 in), max 22 kg (50 lbs).
Total linear size (L+W+H) must not exceed 156 cm (62 linear inches).
Oversized items (strollers, surfboards, golf bags exceeding standard) must be declared in advance and count as 2 standard pieces.
Driver may refuse transport if baggage exceeds declared amount or vehicle capacity.

SUV 7-seat: Maximum 4 passengers (with standard baggage). Legal max: 6 passengers + driver.
Van 16-seat: Maximum 10 passengers (with standard baggage). Legal max: 15 passengers + driver.
Infants and children count towards the total passenger limit.

✅ Included FREE with every booking: A Meet & Greet name sign is provided at no extra charge with all airport pickup and drop-off bookings.
Your driver will hold a sign displaying your name at the arrival hall exit, making it easy to locate your transfer.
No action required — this service is automatically included when you confirm your booking.

Any change to the drop-off address or route after the driver has departed will incur a Route Change fee of $5.00 USD per change.
