If your flight is cancelled by the airline, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible. We will reschedule your transfer at no extra cost or issue a full refund according to our cancellation policy.
Drivers wait 60 minutes free of charge for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals — measured from your actual landing time. After the free period, an additional waiting charge of $3.00 USD per 30 minutes applies.
Yes! Baby seats and booster seats are available as an optional add-on during the booking process. Please specify the age of your child so we can provide the correct seat. The fee is $3.00 USD per seat per trip.
Standard check-in bags must not exceed 68×53×35 cm and 22 kg each. The total linear size must be under 156 cm. Oversized items (strollers, surfboards, golf bags) must be declared in advance and count as 2 standard pieces.
Currently we accept cash payment to the driver (USD or VND at the current exchange rate). You can also pay by bank transfer after receiving your confirmation email. We are working on integrating OnePay for online card payments very soon.
We operate SUV 7-seat vehicles (ideal for 1–4 passengers with standard luggage) and Van 16-seat vehicles (ideal for groups of 5–10 passengers). Our booking system will automatically recommend the right vehicle based on your group size and luggage count.
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount. To modify your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
